Get Certified in Commercial Contracts and NDAs
How to Contract lnow has two new comprehensive on-demand certification programs exclusively available to our members at no additional cost. Upon successful completion of the coursework, members receive a certificate and social media badge from How to Contract. These programs launched March 1 with a small beta testing group and will be extended to all members on March 16.
Commercial Contracts Certified
Our Commercial Contracts Certification (CCC) is an 22-hour on-demand certification program that takes you through the core essentials of commercial contracts. You advance to the next subject only after demonstrating your knowledge through regular testing.
NDA Certified
Our Non-Disclosure Agreement Certification (NDAC) provides comprehensive training on trade secrets, confidentiality, and non-disclosure agreements. This certification requires you complete six hours of training, with extensive testing.
