Join Today to Access Our Certification ProgramsYour contract training shapes how you work. It changes how you read a provision, what you push back on, how you advise the business. But none of that is visible to a hiring manager, a partner, or a client looking at your background. They see where you worked, not what you trained on.
Our Certification Program give your training a record. Members complete the training and earn a credential they can show to the people who decide their next opportunity.
Become a Member TodayThe three certifications cover the topics where expertise and judgment make the biggest difference in contract work. Indemnification. NDAs. Commercial contracts as a whole. Members who train in these areas build the foundation for stronger work across every contract they touch.

Our CCC certification builds expertise across the full scope of commercial contracting. You'll invest 20 hours of training on the provisions, structures, and negotiation dynamics that shape commercial deals. Members who earn the CCC certification have trained on the substance lawyers and professionals need to work confidently across the contracts they encounter most.
