Commercial Contracts Certified (CCC)

Our CCC certification builds expertise across the full scope of commercial contracting. You'll invest 20 hours of training on the provisions, structures, and negotiation dynamics that shape commercial deals. Members who earn the CCC certification have trained on the substance lawyers and professionals need to work confidently across the contracts they encounter most.

NDA Certified (NDAC)

The NDAC builds expertise on the agreements that protect what matters most in a commercial relationship. Four hours of training on trade secrets, confidentiality, and the structure of non-disclosure agreements. Members develop the judgment to draft and negotiate NDAs that hold up when the relationship is tested.

Indemnification Provision Certified (IPC)

The IPC certification builds expertise on one of the most heavily negotiated and consequential provisions in commercial contracts. Four hours of training on indemnification strategy and drafting approaches. Members learn how to apply nuanced risk mitigation and drafting strategies.
